name is Angel Valdez and I am Fijam’s Chief Executive
Officer. I
have lead this project since it started and I have avoided Fijam from
going to bankruptcy. I highly contributed to the plans on every aspect
of the company since its beginning, including its operations, budget,
marketing campaign, and sources of income. I am in charge of hiring and
firing human resources as needed. I also have to approve every project
done by every individual employee. I know that nobody is indispensable
in any company, but if I get laid off it will make our current
situation worse. I have many years of experience in different
management positions and have overcome worse situations than the
current Fijam’s situation. |

name is Johnny Ly and I am the CIO of Fijam recording operations. I
developed our presentation for our initial business proposal to our
investors and aided other members of our organization with other issues
related to computer technology. My experience in Infomation Technology
and skills are invaluable to this organization.Fijam is a project that
I would like to see grow and expand. |

I am Irma Gonzalez the managerial accountant for Fijam. I am in charge
of the preparations of internal statements used by managers and
officers of Fijam to make important decisions about the company's fate.
Managers need to make accurate decisions because they are evaluated by
the result of those decisions. My great job is to help and assist the
managers with the tool of managerial accounting in making the
complicated decisions and to evaluate the effectiveness of those
decision to impulse the business to a complete success. Every time the
company needs to make financial adjustments needs my skills and
experience to make changes. Since I am with Fijam since the beginning
of the business, I am an important element of its blooming business up
to today because I am involved in the task of preparing the material to
evaluate the company's position. |

Madeline
Ury, VP of Marketing |

name is Madeline Ury and I’m the VP of Marketing for Fijam.
I’m responsible for coordinating our companies market
research, marketing strategy, sales, advertising, promotion, product
development, and public relations activities. I’m also in
charge of establishing a closer contact with consumers. I do this by
promotions programs that may include; telemarketing, television or
radio advertising, catalogs, exhibits, inserts in newspapers, internet
advertisements or web sites, and special events. With my knowledge in
marketing and this company I decide what will help make us successful.
Without my position, most people wouldn’t even know Fijam
existed!

| My
name is Darin Sousa and I am one of the Vice Presidents in the
Financial Accounting Department of FIJAM. My job is to put together the
financial statements for the company and this is pretty important
because you need somebody who is reliable and can do things quickly. I
have been to every major meeting and have given out the financial
report. I am doing a great job and I have been with FIJAM for a few
weeks now and I have been working really closely with the CEO, CIO and
the other vice president of the company. I am still learning many
things about FIJAM and I think I am a great asset to the company. |
